Chuck W. Lewis, 55, of Plainfield, passed away January 22, 2013. He was born November 4, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN. He was manager of Information Technology for Lee Supply Corp. since 1997. He was a member of Kingsway Christian Church. Chuck is survived by his wife, Lisa W. (Sparks) Lewis; two sons, Jonathan (Shannon) and Samuel (a student at Plainfield High School) Lewis; two daughters, Allie (Josh) Reeves and Anna (Rob) Barr; his mother, LaVelda Brown Lewis; a sister, Sue Lewis; and four grandchildren, Will and Wes Lewis, Evie Reeves, and Elliot Barr. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel W. Lewis. Funeral services will be on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.
