David M. Mueller

David M. Mueller, 60, of Avon, passed away June 14, 2011. He was born January 15, 1951 in New Brunswick, NJ. He was a graduate of Butler University and a retired Avon elementary school teacher. Dave worked in operations at ADESA, and was a clown, storyteller and year-round Santa Claus. Dave was an active volunteer working with the Boy Scouts, Lions, Optimist as well as a longtime member of the Avon Christian Church. He is survived by his parents, Edward and Sally (Schweitzer) Mueller; a brother, Richard E. Mueller; a sister, Pat Lamprey; and a longtime friend Margaret Wynkoop . Friends are invited to gather at the Avon Christian Church on Tuesday June 21, 2011 at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall followed by a memorial service of life celebration at 7:30 pm in the Sanctuary. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Avon Christian Church, 7236 E. County Road 100 S., Avon, IN 46123.
