Barbara E. Hinman

Barbara E. Hinman, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away January 12, 2012 in Wishard Hospital. She was born December 31, 1927 in Indianapolis to the late Edward and Elva Ruhl. Barbara was a homemaker and member of the Friendswood Baptist Church. Graveside services will be Monday, January 16th, at 11:00 am in West Newton Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15th, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Ralph Hinman. Survivors include her daughters, Debra (Jared) English, Lana Davis Hinman and Barbara Clark; brother, William Ruhl; sister, Dorothy Hutchens; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
