Linda L. Tryon

Linda L. Meier Tryon, 63, of Plainfield, passed away February 27, 2008. She was born April 16, 1944 to the late Sheldon and Jennie (Yates) Meier in Oaktown, IN. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Victor V. Tryon; two sons, Clifford and Robert Banta; daughter, Melinda Guthrie; four brothers, Bill, Jim, Steve, and Jerry Meier; four sisters Catherine Mason, Betty Chenoweth, Mary Mitchell, and Roberta McCammon; and 5 grandchildren, Josh, Cody, Rachel, Misti, and Caleb. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Paul, Charles, Sheldon Jr., and Donald Meier. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Saturday March 1, 2008 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday February 29. Entombment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
