Carol Ann (Larson) Pope

Carol Ann (Larson) Pope, 78, of Indianapolis, formerly of Plainfield, passed away November 3, 2014 in Community East Hospital. She was born December 2, 1935 in Logansport, IN to the late George Edward and Sarah Florence Cokain. Carol worked for the State of Indiana in the Office of Attorney General as a secretary. She was a member of Warrenville Bible Chapel in Naperville, IL. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 8, at 10:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday, November 7, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by husbands, Marcus John Larson and Donald Pope as well as a sister, Marilyn Southland. Survivors include her children, Eleanor (Gordon) Knauer, Sarah (Mark) Littlejohn, Marc (Sheila) Larson and Melissa (Roy) Scott; brother, Jerry (Pat) Cokain; sister, Virginia Jarrett; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
