Jeffrey Scott Green

Jeffrey Scott Green, 44, of Clayton, passed away September 5, 2016. He was born November 28, 1971 in Danville, IN. He was a 1990 graduate of Plainfield High School. He was a veteran of the US Navy and attended Crossroads Church in Avon. He worked for American Welding Co as a pipefitter for 7 years. Jeffrey is survived by a son, Brayden A. Green and Brayden's mother, Amy Keller; two daughters, Aerial R. Green and Ryanne N. (Ronald) Palmer; his father, Danny C. (and step-mother Denise) Green; his mother, Jennie L. (and step-father William) Pike; and a brother Jacob W. Green; and three grandchildren, Raelynn Ege, Camryn Green and Layla Green. Funeral services will be at 7:00 pm on Monday, September 12, 2016 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday from 4:00 pm until service time at 7:00 pm. A burial will take place in Clayton Cemetery on Tuesday, September 13 at 10:30 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Riley Children's Foundation Diabetic Research www.rileykids.org
