Bill R. Jones

Bill R. Jones, 83, of Morgantown, Indiana, passed away December 4, 2009 in Johnson Memorial Hospital. He was born September 14, 1926 in Hammond, Indiana. He was a lifelong self-employed carpenter. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 6, at 11:30 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, where friends may call on Saturday, December 5, from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Friends may also call on Sunday from 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dina (Mort) Jones. Survivors include his sons, George L. Mitchell and Ben J. Jones; daughters, Rose Pasciak and Christine Orr; brother, George Jones; sister, Mary Stanley; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
