Patricia A. Lewellen, 75, of Avon, passed away April 11, 2010. She was born June 25, 1934 to the late Corbin and Edith (Bray) Neely in Indianapolis, IN. She was a homemaker. There will be no calling or services. She is survived by her husband, Jack L. Lewellen; a son, Jack L. Lewellen Jr.; a daughter, Janet L. Lewellen; and a granddaughter.
