Infant Avery Blake Hollingsworth, of Poland, IN, passed away September 13, 2017. He is survived by his parents, Clay M. and Susanna E. (Thomas) Hollingsworth; two brothers, Lucas Paul and Benjamin Michael Hollingsworth; a sister, Lillian Grace Hollingsworth; grandparents, Michael W. and Laura Thomas and Charles Paul and Martha Kay Hollingsworth; great grandparents, Iris Thomas, Paul Gibson and Margie Day; and a great great grandfather, John E. Day. Private graveside services will be held at Clayton Cemetery.
