Beverly I. Cooper

Beverly I. Cooper, 84, of Plainfileld, passed away November 17, 2018.  She was born March 22, 1934 to the late Burl and Helen (Shaw) Inman in Indianapolis, IN.  She was a baker 11 years for the Avon Community High School  retiring in 1996.  She married Jack Cooper April 19, 1957.  They were a team and loved their children and supported them unconditionally.  Beverly was a avid reader and baker.  She loved to watch sports both live and on tv.  She loved talking with others, learning about new things, and most of all bragging about her family.  Beverly adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  If you knew Beverly, you knew how much she care about you.  She also loved flowers and feeding the birds, anything about nature, quilts and she made the best cookies and cinnamon rolls.  Beverly is survived by a daughter, Cathy S. (Gary) Crist; a sister, Carolyn Wiggins; 3 grandchildren, Dawn Jones, Jeremy Crist and Jeremiah Sheffler; and 5 great grandchildren, Chloe Jones, Cooper Jones, Jackson Crist, Keegan Sheffler and Blake Sheffler.  She was preceded death her husband, Jack; a son, Christopher Cooper; a brother, Jon Thomas Inman; and a sister, Patricia Peters.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 19, 2018 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
