Bruce Gibbs

Bruce Gibbs, 68, of Clayton, passed away on May 2, 2023.  He was born on March 12, 1955 in Indianapolis to the late Jack and Sally Gibbs.  Bruce was a truck driver and a farmer for most of his life.  He belonged to the Clayton Presbyterian Church, Putnam County Heritage Preservation Society and the Greencastle Arts Counsel.  Bruce enjoyed golfing and managing his Moonstone Airbnb in Greencastle.  He loved spending time with his family.  Papaw Gibbs loved nothing more than attending his grandchildren's sporting events.  Bruce was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Gibbs.  Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 5:00 pm in Hazelwood Christian Church (9947 S. CR 0, Clayton, IN 46118) where friends may visit from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm.  Inurnment will be at Stilesville Cemetery.  A Celebration Of Life will follow from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Plainfield Eagles Lodge.  Survivors include his loving daughter, Danielle (Terry) Kinnett; brothers, Michael and Jeff (Becki) Gibbs; sister, Debbe Lance; grandchildren, Austin, Ellie and Zoey Kinnett.
