David W. Roby

David W. Roby, 54, of Plainfield, passed away on May 22, 2023 surrounded by loving family members.  He was born on December 16, 1968 in Muncie, Indiana.  David was a financial advisor for the Napleton Auto Group in Indianapolis for several years.  He was a member of the Plainfield Masonic Lodge # 653.  David enjoyed medieval reenactment and online gaming with his best friend Ken Compton.  He loved spending time with his family.  Funeral services will be Friday, May 26, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the First Baptist Church (1012 Stafford Road, Plainfield, IN 46168) where friends may visit from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.  Survivors include his father, Don Roby; mother, Jane Roby; brother, Matt Evans; sisters, Karen McCorkle and Marty Miller.  In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Shriners Children's online at shrinerschildrens.org.
