Dorothy Louise Thompson

Dorothy Louise Thompson, 99, of Plainfield, passed away January 30, 2018.  She was born October 19, 1918 to the late Leo and Irma Williams in Springfield, IL.  She was a graduate of Pacific Christian College.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Plainfield Christian Church.  Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Janet (John) Wiggins; three sons, David (Oralee), Don (Cindy), and Dr. Dennis (Paula) Thompson; a brother, Hal (Joyce) Williams; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Williams; 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Thompson.  Memorial services will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday, February 18, 2018 in the Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, where friends may call on Sunday from 1:30 until service time at 2:30 pm.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
