Dr. Ronald L. Wines DDS

Dr. Ronald L. Wines, DDS, 80, of Plainfield, passed away September 1, 2020.  He was born June 6, 1940 to the late Meral and Thelma (Cone) Wines in Kokomo, IN.   He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Dentistry in 1972 from Indiana University.  He was in private practice as a dentist in Plainfield for 40 years retiring in 2014.  Ron is survived by his wife, Shelby J. (Withrow) Wines; two sons, Dr. James B. Wines and Heath F. Wines; two brothers, Roger and Randy (Becky) Wines; two sisters, Rita Muggy and Becky Smith; 3 grandchildren, Hannah (Misael) Salazar, Parker Wines and Evan Wines, and a great granddaughter, Alicia Salazar.  Because of Covid-19 the family request services to be private.  Inurnment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 50 E. 91^st St. STE. 100, Indianapolis, IN 46209, or www.alz.org/indiana.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Online condolences may be sent to www.hamptongentry.com
