David honorably served his country in the United States Armed Forces. He was a so-called "King of the Remote", he loved watching Nascar, sports such as football, but did so with his eyes occasionally shut where if a family member tried to change the channel, he would immediately say, "Hey, I was watching that". David also loved to listen to country music, including all of the old time favorites such as Hank Williams and Johnny Cash. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Debra Reagin. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home beginning at 3:00 p.m., where visitation will be the same day from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.
