Earl L. Ross Sr.

Earl L. Ross, Sr., 77, of Plainfield, passed away July 3, 2017.  He was born December 11, 1939 to the late Theodore and Audra (Money) Ross in Pittsboro, IN.  He was a production worker for GM Truck and Bus Plant for 30 years retiring in 1990.  Earl is survived by his wife, Mildred L. (Monday) Ross; a son, Earl Lee (Betty) Ross Jr; two daughters, Lori A. (James) Scott and Angela S. Lippard; two brothers, John and Allen Kim Ross; 8 grandchildren, Amber Lippard, Louie Patrick, Jeremy Scott, Josh Scott, Taylor Scott, Adam Lippard, Jacob Ross and Autumn Lippard; and 3 great grandchildren, Ava Hunt, Theodore Pera and Matthew Scott.  He was preceded in death by two sons, Larry and Daniel Ross.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
