Elizabeth "Betsy" Holtsclaw

Elizabeth "Betsy" Holtsclaw, age 72, formally of Mooresville, peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by loving family on January 31, 2026. She was born on May 20, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert H. Dill and Mary C. Dill. Betsy worked as an accountant for White Cap, formerly known as Job Site Supply for several years. In her earlier days, she enjoyed showing horses, collected Toby jugs and loved to ride motorcycles. Betsy was a proud homemaker and home schooled both of her daughters, Amanda and Audra. Later in life, she became quite the cook and made meals everyone could enjoy. Betsy was a member of the Hazelwood Baptist Church and Mts. Runn Baptist Church in Whitestown. Above all other things, she loved spending time with her family and her church friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 pm, where family and friends may visit from 11:00 am until time of services. Burial will follow to White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville. Survivors include her loving husband, Rick Holtsclaw; daughters, Amanda (Daniel) Reynolds and Audra (Jeffrey) Greeson; brother, Thomas Dill; sister, Jennifer (Roger) Ovink; nine grandchildren and 7 great grand children.
