Florence "Flo" Hackler

Florence "Flo" Hackler, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2024.  She was born on January 7, 1948 in Indianapolis to the late Maurice and Minnie Sexson.  Flo worked for several different companies in sales over the years.  She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.  Flo enjoyed decorating, dancing, cooking and listening to music in her free time.  She was involved in her children's school functions.  Flo loved spending time with her family as often as she could. She was a former member of the Broad Ripple Eastern Star #643.  Flo was preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Hackler and her brother, Chuck Sexson.  Funeral services will be Friday, November 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.  Entombment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include her children, Melissa (J.R.) Reynolds, Matilie Hackler and Marsha (Andre) Harlan; grandchildren, Logan, Ramsey, Kira, Michael and Andre Jr.
