Frances L. Neese, 73. of Indianapolis, passed away December 29, 2017. She was born October 15, 1944 to the late Lester and Daisy (Earl) Viles in Indianapolis, IN. She was a homemaker. Frances is survived by her husband, Thomas L. Neese; three sons, Tom (Elizabeth), Mike (Linda) and Bobby (Christina) Neese; a sister, Wanda Viles; 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Neese. There will be no calling or services. Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
