Gary W. Thomas

Gary W. Thomas, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 3, 2021.  He was born on June 3, 1938 to the late George and Iva (Reynolds) Thomas in Clinton, IN where he lived a happy childhood.  Gary served 2 years as an  M.P. in the United States Army.  He worked many years for TWA retiring in 1993.  After retiring from TWA, Gary acquired his real estate license and worked for Graves Realty for a few years.  He was a proud member of the Speedway American Legion, Speedway Moose, lifetime member of Marion County Fish & Game and the NRA.  Gary was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Robertson) Thomas; siblings, Kay Rodich and Jimmie Thomas.  Due to Covid-19 funeral services and burial in West Ridge Park Cemetery will be private.  Survivors include his daughter, Natalie Thomas; several nieces & nephews; great nieces & great nephews; cousins; companion, Sharon Desboro.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (50 E. 91st St. #100, Indianapolis, IN 46240), American Heart Association (6500 Technology Center Dr. Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278) or the American Cancer Society (5635 W. 96th St. Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN, 46278).
