Glenn D. Dearing Jr.

Glenn D. Dearing Jr., 76, of Bloomington, passed away on June 9, 2025. He was born on January 16, 1949 to Glenn Dearing Sr. and Mary Dearing. Glenn worked as an electrician for many years, later switching careers and becoming a trading card salesman in 1995. He loved working in the sports memorabilia trade, he was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Glenn enjoyed spending time with his dogs, and especially singing on special karaoke nights. He is preceded in death by his father, Glenn Dearing Sr.; wife, Kimberly (Wheeler) Dearing; brothers, Mike and Stan Dearing. Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home beginning at 12:00 noon, where friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Survivors include his mother, Mary Dearing; daughter, Holly Powers-Schroeder; grandchildren, Raven and Lennon Schroeder. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Indy Humane Society.
