Gwendolyn Cobb

Gwendolyn Cobb, of Noblesville, formerly of Plainfield, passed away September 29, 2019.  She was born April 9, 1930 to the late Gayle and Gladys (Bradford) Bramblette in Owenton, KY.  She was a floral designer for The Plainfield Flower Shop in Plainfield, IN.  She was a member of the Plainfield Christian Church and Tri Kappa Sorority.  She loved to cook and bake, flower arranging, and playing cards,  and with her late husband she enjoyed fishing and traveling.  Gwen is survived by her daughter-in-law, Cynthia J. Cobb; two grandchildren, Cameron (Joey) Cobb, and Travis (Erin) Cobb; and three great grandchildren, Jenson, Nolan and Nora Cobb.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cobb Jr, and a son, Garrett Ray Cobb.  Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time at 12:00 noon.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
