H. Joseph "Joe" Vaughn

H. Joseph "Joe" Vaughn, 86, of Thorntown, passed away April 12, 2021.  He was born March 6, 1935 to the late Pete and Nell (Melton) Vaughn in Columbus, OH.  He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War.  He attended Ohio State University.   He was a real estate developer.  Joe is survived by his wife, Brenda S. (Sparks) Vaughn; two sons, Chris (Laurie) and Brad Vaughn; a daughter, Jerilynn Knight; two sisters, Linda (Bob) Tucker and Betsy (Al) Force; 6 grandchildren and a great grandson.  Private graveside services will be held at Center Valley Cemetery, Belleville.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
