Jack E. Albright, age 91, of Plainfield, passed away on December 1, 2025 at Majestic Care of Avon. He was born on August 22, 1934 in Mishawaka, Indiana to the late Ivan Albright and Veda (Partridge) Albright. Jack graduated from Plainfield High School in 1952. Jack worked for American State Insurance as a claims supervisor for 13 years, later working as the Parking Manager for the State Government Center in Indianapolis for 8 years. He was a member of several churches including First Baptist Church of Plainfield, Cavalry Church, Plainfield Bible Church and Cadle's Tabernacle in Indianapolis. Jack loved to read, go fishing, play board games, chess and especially travel. He is preceded in death by his sons, Jon Albright, Russell Albright and Stephen Albright; beloved brother, James Lee "Jim" Albright. Graveside services will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel on Friday, Decemeber 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services. Survivors include his daughter, Daphne Suzanne (Dale) McClenning; sister-in-law, Karen Albright; daughter-in-law, Gale Albright; 6 grandchildren, Jon McClenning, James McClenning, Jackie Agar, Joshua Albright, Kristyn Stoddard and Jonathan Albright Jr.; 9 great grandchildren; 1 nephew and 2 nieces; several great nephews and nieces.
