Joan E. Kuhn

Joan E. Kuhn, 71, of Plainfield, formerly of Racoon Lake, passed away October 8, 2021.  She was born January 9, 1950 to the late Dr. Milton and Juliet (Simon) Herzberg in Chicago, IL.  She was a 1968 Clinton High School graduate.  She was a homemaker.  She loved horseback riding, boating and was an avid pet lover.  Joan married Robert “Bob” Kuhn on February 14, 1983 and is survived by him.  She is also survived by a son, David Kuhn; a daughter, Angela (James) Kuhn; a brother, Robert (Lori) Herzberg; 3 grandchildren, Wyatt Kuhn, Kayla Hastings and Ella Hastings; a niece, Tami (Denny) Tesch; a great nephew, Noah Tesch and a great niece, Lylah Tesch.  There will be no calling or services.  In memory of Joan please make a donation to your local Humane Society.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
