Kim L. Snodgrass, age 89, of Clayton, passed away after a long battle with cancer at home. He was born on December 31, 1936 in Cartersburg, Indiana to the late Ralph E. Snodgrass and Wilma (Welty) Snodgrass. Kim was a residental builder and a skilled brick and block mason. He did much of his own work for the majority of his career which spanned over fifty years. He was an active member of the Plainfield Christian Church. In earlier years he went on two mission trips to Puerto Rico to help build two churches. Kim also was a member of the Indiana Archeological Society. In his spare time, he loved collecting model trains, native American artifacts and studying American history. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Pyle. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Plainfield Christian Church (800 Dan Jones Rd. Plainfield, IN) beginning at 1:00 p.m., where friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will follow to Clayton Cemetery. Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Ann Snodgrass; sons, Dan (Barbara) Snodgrass and David (Connie) Snodgrass; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren with 1 on the way.
