Laura Elizabeth Snapp-Peterson

Laura Elizabeth Snapp-Peterson, 44, of Bloomington, passed away March 7, 2021. She was born April 30, 1976 in Indianapolis, IN. She was a graduate of Mooresville High School and attended Indiana University where she studied clothing design and business. She worked at Indiana University Credit Union, Bloomington for over 21 years before quitting to take care of her terminally ill husband. Laura loved her garden and pets and spent time caring for both. Laura is survived by her parents Jeff and Deborah Snapp; and her brother, David (Milena) Snapp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Peterson; her mother, Clarissa N. Snapp; her grandparents, James and Rose Snapp and Ralph and Sophia Summers. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time at 12:00 noon.
