Leonard F. Shillings

Leonard F. Shillings, 80, of Plainfield, passed away July 4, 2018. He was born November 1, 1937 to the late Benjamin F. and Gladys C. (Davis) Shillings in Wartburg, TN. He was a truck driver/loader for Reilly Industries for 35 years retiring in 2008. Leonard is survived by a son, Rickey W. (Anita) Shillings; two daughters, Vickey Marlow and Mindy (Brad) Brunat; his companion, Diana Finney; three brothers, Roy (Kathy), Gene (Glenda) and Charlie Shillings; three sisters, Joyce (Charles) Lawrence, Ruth (Scotty) Bridges, and Ella (Mike) Gerholdt; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly J. (Lehr) Shillings and two brothers, Jerry and Gary Shillings.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 9, 2018 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Entombment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfiled.
