Margaret C. Martin

Margaret C. Martin, 94, of Plainfield, passed away on August 16, 2018.  She was born in Attica, IN on September 28, 1923 to the late Cornelius and Esperence Van Laere.  Margaret was a secretary for Artistic Plumbing in Plainfield retiring in 1991.  She enjoyed her time with her friendly card club.  Margaret was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Van Laere and sisters, Mary Reid and Dorothy Worgum.  Visitation will be Sunday, August 19, 2018 in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  Graveside services will be Monday, August 20, at 1:00 pm in Riverside Cemetery (1297 S. Perry Street, Attica, IN, 47918).  Survivors include her sons, Jeff (Candy) and Doug (Marty) Martin; brother, Charles Van Laere; sister, Maxine Wallace; grandchildren, Kelly, Brandon and Kelsey Martin.
