Marjorie Viola O'Dell

Marjorie Viola O'Dell, 72, of Plainfield, passed away March 20, 2025.  She was born August 5, 1952 to the late Elmer Cole and Mable (Lakin) Dillon.  She was a proud semi-truck driver for many years.  She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren very much.  She was a God-fearing woman who loved the Lord.  Marjorie is survived by two sons, Micah J. (Michelle) Swafford and Timothy L. Swafford; a daughter-in-law Danielle E. Swafford; two sisters, Becky J. Arthur and Carolyn Habig; a brother, Sam Dillon; sister-in-law/best friend, Joyce Cole; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Brian O'Dell; a son, Stephen D. Swafford; and a brother, Larry Cole.  There will be no calling or services at this time.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
