Marjorie Spence, 96, of Fort Wayne, IN, formerly of Plainfield, IN, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2019 in Fort Wayne, IN, Marge was born in Lansing, MI on July 25, 1923, a daughter of Dorothy and Perry Loudermilk. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Marge was a member of Plainfield Christian Church and strong in her Christian faith. Marge was best known for her giving spirit and kind soul. Marge was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Cole, her husband, James Spence, and her brothers Robert Loudermilk, David Loudermilk, and George Loudermilk. Survivors include her sister, Carol Brown, granddaughters Megan Miller and Emily Rabel, son-in-law, Robert Cole, great-grandchildren, William, Caroline, Harrison and Cole, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, on Monday, December 9th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with services at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
