Marlene Madison

Marlene Madison, 90, of Plainfield, passed away on October 31, 2026.  She was born on January 6, 1936 in Devils Lake, ND to the late James Sappington and Genevieve Anderson.  Marlene was a nurse at Northrop Grumman retiring in 1996.  She enjoyed gardening, antique shopping and reading in her free time.  Marlene loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Madison.  There will be no calling or services.  Survivors include her daughter, Samantha Chambers; brothers, Robert and Ken (Vicki) Sappington; sister, Alta Novacek; grandchildren, Jayson (Stephanie) Madison, Jeremy (Amber) Madison and Casey Chambers; great grandchildren, Lily, Emma and Weston Madison; several nieces and nephews.
