Mary Maxine Brooks

Mary Maxine Brooks, 93, of Plainfield, passed away on August 7, 2017.  She was born in Terre Haute, IN on February 3, 1924 to the late Fred and Agnes (Fitch) Hampe.  Mary was a loving mother and dedicated homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley C. Brooks.  Graveside services will be Friday, August 11, at 12:00 pm (noon) in the chapel at Calvary Cemetery (4227 Wabash Ave. Terre Haute, IN 47803) where friends may call from 11:00 am until time of service.  Survivors include her sons, Gary (Melissa) and Danny (Jocelyn) Brooks; sister, Irene Alkire; grandchildren, Michael, Melissa Ann, Miranda, Bailey and Sean Brooks; great grandchildren, Erika and Gabriel Gutierrez.
