Mary Ellen Anderson

Mary Ellen Anderson, 81, of Plainfield, passed away November 14, 2018.  She was born on June 25, 1937 in Indianapolis to the late Benjamin and Dorothy Lee.  Mary was a loving mother and a dedicated homemaker.  She and her husband ran their own business called Anderson Delivery Service for more than 40 years. She was a member of the Plainfield Church of Christ.  Mary was an avid reader and quilter.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wesley Anderson and a son Jeffrey Anderson.  Funeral services and burial will be private.  Survivors include her children, Ellen (Tom) Schweizer, Tracy (Bill) Wiles, Douglas (Denise) Anderson, Kelly Almaroad and Martin (Diane) Anderson; sister, Patricia O'Brien; grandchildren, Keatrick, Cori, Amber, Carrie, Christina, Jeffrey, Kelsey, Emily, Audrey and Wesley; great grandchildren, Justin, Maalik, Austin, Makayla, Wyatt, Jordan, Myles, Mary Ellen, Avery and Brenleigh.  Contributions may be sent to the Danville Rehab Center (255 Meadow Drive, Danville, IN 46122) or the Alzheimer's Association.
