Melvin "Mick" N. Dugger Sr.

Melvin N. "Mick" Dugger Sr., 63, of Plainfield, passed away October 11, 2022.  He was born January 10, 1959 to the late Harold and Alice (Phelps) Dugger in Terre Haute, IN.  He was lifelong  automotive mechanic.  He loved any type of auto racing, Quarter Midget racing and fishing.  Mick is survived by his wife, Gail J. (Woods) Dugger; a son, Melvin N. Dugger II; a daughter, Meghan N. Dugger; a brother, Gary Dugger; a sister, Connie Murray; a half-brother, Jack Reid; and two grandchildren, Dela-Ray Hall and Dillon Hall.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Brian Dugger.  Funeral services will be on Monday, October 17, 2022 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Monday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
