Myrna Riddle

Myrna Bygetta Riddle, 62, of Plainfield, passed away on September 10, 2026 surrounded by loving family members. She was born on May 4, 1964 in Beech Grove to the late Clinton and Ruth Turner. Myrna was a teachers aide for the past 23 years in the Plainfield Community School system. She loved her job and the kids she got to see everyday. Myrna enjoyed sitting on her front porch swing. She loved spending time with her family. Myrna belonged to the Plainfield Church Of Christ. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 1:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of services at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Clayton Cemetery. Survivors include her loving husband of 42 years, Mark Riddle; sons, Mitchel and Michael (Rylee) Riddle; siblings, Mike (Linda) Turner, Cheryl Stierwalt, Glee (Mike) Scott and Myron (Janine) Turner; grandchildren, Ruth Ann and Oliver Lee Riddle; many nieces and nephews.  IN LIEU OF FLOWERS Myrna never cared much for flowers, but she cared deeply about the students and families she served during her 23 years with the Plainfield Community School Corporation. Those wishing to honor her memory are invited to contribute toward a memorial gift benefiting students in the Plainfield community.
