Norma Lee Hobbs, of Avon, passed away on November 24, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in New London, Connecticut. She was an owner of Hobbs Nursery until they sold the business in 2006. Norma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  Her greatest joy in life was her family. Norma was an avid golfer, a big sports enthusiast, loved watching her Purdue Boilermakers and Green Bay Packers. Norma enjoyed her many vacations with the love of her life Gordon, especially to Door County, Wisconsin. She also enjoyed the fine arts, music and loved sharing stories of the good old days. Norma is survived by her 7 children, Sherri Jo (Keith) Crossland, Theresa (Michael) Gibbs, Elaine Taylor, Patricia (Steven) Callis, Cantrell (Melissa) Coffey, Nancy (Jim) Miller and Lori Coffey. 1 bonus child, Trevor Coffey; step daughters, Sherry (Ken) Treesh, Lelsie Ramsey; daughter-in-law, Sally Hobbs. She had 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.  Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Hobbs, step son, David Hobbs, parents, Edward & Marie Blanchard and her sister, Jacqueline Lethbridge. Private memorial services will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery. Donations may be made to Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, IN.
