Patricia "Patty" Estes

Patricia "Patty" Estes, 86, of Plainfield, passed away on February 12, 2019.  She was born on February 24, 1932 in Plainfield, IN to the late Thomas "Roy" Longmire and Alma "Faye" Schneider.  Patty was a loving wife and a dedicated homemaker.  She belonged to the Jolly Jills Homemaker Club.  Patty enjoyed gardening and drawing in her spare time.  She loved her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Estes; brothers, Gene Longmire and Danny Tipps; sisters, Janet VanZandt and Jackie Wert.  Visitation will be Monday, February 18, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the funeral home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:00 am in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include her son, Dave (Lori) Estes; daughters, Bonnie (Bob) Collings, Debbie (Jack) Heylmann and Kim Shoemaker; brother, Richard Longmire; sister, Lois White; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
