Paul Myers

Paul Myers, 92, of Plainfield, passed away on April 20, 2022.  He was born on September 29, 1929 in Bloomington, IN to the late Ernest Sr. and Essie Myers.  Paul graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School Of Business.  He was a systems analyst for Eli Lilly before retiring.  Paul was an elder at Plainfield Christian Church for 20 plus years and loved being a servant of the Lord.  He enjoyed camping and cooking for the men's breakfast at the church for almost 30 years.  Paul was preceded in death by his first wife, Norma Jo Myers; brothers, Clifford and Ernest Jr. Myers; sister, Sarah McClung.  Visitation will be Monday, April 25, 2022 at the Plainfield Christian Church (800 Dan Jones Road, Plainfield, IN 46168) from 4:30 to 7:00 pm.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 11:00 am in the church.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include his loving wife, Ann Myers; daughters, Debbie (Hugh) Meyer, Kay (Marty) Garwood and Mary Ann (Mike) Sue; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.   Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to International Disaster Emergency Service, 355 Park 32 West Dr., Noblesville, IN 46062 (or by ides.org); or to the Ukraine Relief Fund (TCI), Mountainview Christian Church, 40 E.
