Phyllis Ann Storm

Phyllis Ann Storm, 90, of Morrisville, NC, passed away January 5, 2021.  Phyllis was born on April 4, 1930 to the late Walter and Edith Powner in Avon, Indiana.  In 1947, Phyllis met Chester Storm and the two were inseparable from that point on. Phyllis and Chet were married for over 54 years and had 4 boys, Mike, Gary, Steve and Jeff.  Phyllis was a fiercely dedicated mom to all her children, raising all four of them to become strong independent men. Family came first and above all else to Phyllis, a value she instilled in those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.  Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, loving husband Chet Storm and eldest son Mike Storm.  She is survived by sons Gary Storm, Steve Storm, Jeff and daughter in law Michelle Storm, daughter in law Sherrie Storm, grandson and wife Jamie and Becky Storm along with great grandchildren Tillman and Evan Storm, and grandson and wife Wesley and Tabitha Storm along with great grandchildren Tara and Lily Storm.  A service will be live-streamed via Facebook Live on Monday, January 11 at 2pm EST, from the chapel at Mitchell Funeral Home.  Mrs. Storm will be buried in a private ceremony at Shiloh Cemetery in Avon, Indiana.  In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in memory of Phyllis Ann Storm to the Dementia Society of America by mail to PO Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901, or online at www.DementiaSociety.org/donate
