Robert C. Dieckman

Robert C. Dieckman, 90, of Indianapolis, passed away December 7, 2023.  He was born July 23, 1933 to the late Clarence and Frieda (Skeller) Dieckman in Batesville, IN.  He was an US Army veteran of the Korean War.  He was a Technician for Indiana Bell for 30 years retiring in 1995.  Robert  is survived by his son, Mark R. (Karen) Dieckman; two grandchildren Robert (Jessica) Dieckman and Nicole (Travis) Newbaur; and 3 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Jean Dieckman and a son, Dane S. Dieckman.  Graveside services, with military honors, will be on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Maple Hill Cemetery chapel, where friends may call on Wednesday from 10:00 am until service time.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.
