Ronald L. Gentry

Ronald L. Gentry, 61, of Coatesville, passed away August 7, 2019.  He was born September 29, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN.  He was a 1975 graduate of Speedway High School and  a 2001 graduate of ITT Technical Institute.  He was a quality control inspector for Peerless Pump/Grundfos from 1976 until the present.  He was also a reserve police officer for the Speedway Police Department from 1981 to 1993.   One of his favorite hobbies was woodworking and going scuba diving with his family on vacations.  Ron is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Teresa C. (Stark) Gentry; his two daughters, Jaclyn S. (Donald Jr.) Millard and Jamie K. Bradway; his mother, Reba (Bewley) Gentry; a brother, Rory Gentry; a sister, Rhonda (John) Loeffler; and 4 grandchildren, Sierra Bradway, Kaylee Millard, Jonathan Bradway and Conner Millard.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gentry, and a son-in-law, Rod Bradway.  Funeral services will be at 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 11, 2019 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 pm until service time at 5:00 pm.  A private burial will be held at Clayton Cemetery on Monday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Sarcoma Foundation of America, P.O.
