Rosemary Stremming

Rosemary Stremming, 93, of Plainfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family members.  She was born on August 25, 1932 in Lawrenceville, IL to the late Hillary and Gladys Hayes.  Rosemary was a secretary for the Plainfield Community School System before retiring.  She enjoyed shopping, reading and going to Starbucks in her free time.  Rosemary and George traveled to Naples, FL and Venice, FL often.  She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Rosemary was a member of the Plainfield United Methodist Church.  Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 1:00 PM where friends may visit from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Survivors include her loving husband, George Stremming; daughters, Debra (Tony) Terrell, Cindy (David) Terrell and Janice (Steve) Frye; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren with 1 on the way!
