Ruth Hayden

Ruth Louise Hayden, 86, of Plainfield, passed away surrounded by loving family members on April 13, 2026.  She was born on September 24, 1939 in Indianapolis to the late Richard and Dorothy Rasor.  Ruth worked in accounts payable for Anderson Box Company.  She also taught 2nd and 3rd grade computer science at Central Elementary.  Ruth enjoyed collecting sea shells, cook books, dishes and going to the beach.  She liked gardening in her free time.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Harold "Dean" Hayden; son, Jeff (Theresa) Hayden; sister, Joan Trammell.
