Sandra L. Hawkins

Sandra L. Hawkins, 80, of Plainfield, passed away on December 16, 2022.  She was born on October 13, 1942 in Lidgerwood, ND to the late Robert and Isabella Miller.  Sandra was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a dedicated homemaker.  She was a member of the Hope Presbyterian Church.  Sandra enjoyed crafts, puzzle books and traveling with her husband on their motorcycle.  She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.  Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Hawkins; sister, Pat Fritz.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.  Inurnment will be in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, IN.  Survivors include her sons, Todd (Becky) and Chris Hawkins; brothers, Robert and Greg Miller; grandchildren, Samantha, Reghan and Nathan Hawkins.
