Sharon D. Keegan

Sharon D. Keegan, 57, of Plainfield, passed away after a year long battle with cancer on March 31, 2019.  She was born October 10, 1961 in Indianapolis, IN.  She was a 1979 graduate of Ben Davis High School and she received her associates degree in nursing from the University of Indianapolis.  She was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years at various hospitals,including St. Vincent Hospital.  Sharon is survived by her husband, Jeff A. Keegan; two daughters, Sarah E. (Brandon) Mayo and Emily J. (Terry) Pedigo; her mother, Jackie (Smith) Fish; four brothers, Doug (Denise), Bruce (Tammy), Kevin (Laurie) and Darren (Melissa) Fish; and 5 grandchildren, Luke and Caleb Mayo, and Kingsten, Lydia and Roman Pedigo.  She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Fish.  Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 4 at Plainfield Christian Church, 800 Dan Jones Road, Plainfield.  Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
