Stephanie Thate

Stephanie "Sue" Thate, 67, of Bloomington, passed away on October 9, 2025.  She was born on February 18, 1958 in Baltimore, MD to the late Oscar and Dorothy Thate.  Sue was a manager for several different companies over the years.  She enjoyed art, painting, the WNBA, writing poetry, reading, softball, field hockey and listening to music in her free time.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 5:00 pm in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home where friends may visit from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm.  Survivors include her brother, Fred (Lynn) Thate; sisters, Diane Hoffman and Kathi (Keith) Epps; many nieces and nephews.
