Sue Ann Rogers

Sue Ann Whited Rogers, 77, of Plainfield, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, January 8, 2021.  She was born on August 16, 1943 in Ashmore, Illinois, then moved to Plainfield, Indiana in 1953 when her father accepted a transfer with the railroad. Sue is preceded in death by her father, Paul Revere Whited; mother, Alma Louise Carter Whited; brother, David Rex Whited and daughter, Heidi Beth Rogers. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Anne Moeslein Whited; nephew and three nieces. Sue loved caring for her dogs and the culinary art of cooking. She graduated from Plainfield High School.  Sue retired after a long career with the School of Dentistry at the University of Indiana.  A graveside service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal shelter in her honor.
