Vanessa J. Sims

Vanessa J. Sims, 23, of Plainfield, passed away on April 22, 2020.  She was born on November 6, 1996 to Melissa Parham.  Vanessa attended Plainfield High School class of 2014.  She enjoyed music, dance and participated in Plainfield High School Color Guard.  Vanessa's family and friends would describe her as outgoing and full of energy.  She always found a way to make people laugh even when times were tough.  Her love and compassion will never be forgotten.  Funeral services will be private.  A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.  Survivors include her mother, Melissa (Terry) Parham; grandmother, Laura Hoffman; grandfather, Walter Dolzall; son, Aiden Jace; daughter, Ella Mae; brothers, Tyler Sims, Zachary and Jacob Simon; step-brother, Jonathon Hignite.
