William S. "Bill" Sutton

William S. "Bill" Sutton, 71, of Plainfield, passed away December 3, 2020.  He was born September 10, 1949 to the late Oren and Helen (Richardson) Sutton in Franklin, IN.  He graduated from Center Grove High School in 1968.  He married Debbie Cole on July 24, 1976.  He worked at Stokley Van Camp; P.R. Mallory, where he was a warehouseman for 23 years retiring in 2004; and Marsh Supermarkets.  He loved to fish and play golf and watch the Colts and IU basketball.  He was a member of Plainfield Christian Church.  Bill is survived by his wife Debbie E. Sutton; a son, Kevin C. Sutton; a brother, Steve (Vicky) Sutton; a granddaughter, Lily Pertl; several cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.  Services and calling will be private.  Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Glenns Valley.  Contributions may be made to Plainfield Christian Church.  Arrangements by Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield.  www.hamptongentry.com
